Eastern Cape province to its capital Bisho, the province has very attractive cities like Port Elizabeth or East London.

Eastern Cape is best known for its rugged coastline and beaches of sight, it possesses also the 3rd most famous national park in South Africa, the Addo Elephant NP.

The Eastern Cape is one of the poorest provinces in South Africa, its economy is based mainly on agriculture.

Eastern Cape to share borders with:

The highest point in the province is Ben Macdhui at 3001m.



IV. climate

The Eastern Cape has a varied climate in the east it becomes subtropical along the coast, so the heavy precipitation in summer.

While to the west of the province, the climate is drier, with scarce rainfall in both summer and winter, in winter temperatures below zero descentent while summers are hot.

The mountainous region of central Ontario, between Molteno and Rhodes receive heavy snowfall in winter and it is very cold.

The side of Grahamstown the temperatures are mild throughout the year and rainfall is well distributed.
