Quivertree Forest & Giant's Playground

Pictures Of Namibia

The quiver tree or Koberboom is a plant (Aloe dichotoma) endemic to southern Africa.
At Quiver Tree Forest, Namibia, dozens of trees in the Quiver Tree Forest, which can reach eight meters high, are classified as historical monument since 1955. The visit is not free and also entitles the holder to visit the Giants Playground, which is of great geological interest. The site is about twenty kilometers from Keetmanshoop taking the C17.
