Omba Ostrich Farm
A 12 km north of Okahandja on the D2110, Guided tours of breeding of Ostrich .
Also sales of precious stones, decorative objects in ostrich eggs and a fast food.
The price is N$ 20 per adult and N$ 10 per child.

Von Bach Recreation Resort
Von Bach Recreation Resort is located 12 km south-east of Okahandja enprenant the B1 and the D2161.
Von Bach is a database of 4300 hectares of recreational, artificial lake created by the dam on the river Swakop, fisherman and water sports enthusiasts can relax.
You can obeserver Mountain Zebras , elk, Springbok , Kudu , Baboons and ostriches.
The park is open all year and an entry permit of N$ 10 per adult and N$ 10 per vehicle (two wheels allowed) will be required. and on-site accommodation is possible, but no groceries.
Gross-Barmen Recreation Resort & Reho Spa
Gross-Barmen Resort Recreation and Reho Spa is located 22 km south west of Okahandja on the D1972.
The spa town of Gross-Barmen and Reho Spa Park were built around natural springs of hot water.
This source known to be beneficial for rheumatism, the temperature reached 65°C and 45°C to envy the thermal bath.
The park is open all year and an entry permit of N$ 20 per adult and N$ 20 per vehicle is mandatory.
