Attractions inside Omaruru
- Franke Tower :
Franke Tower was built in 1907 to commemorate the victory of the Germans on the Herero people.
Tower Franke has been declared a national monument in Namibia in 1972.
It is located on the south bank of the River Omaruru and entry is free to visitors.
- Sand Dragon :
The Sand Dragon is located along the main road from downtown.
He proposed to have a drink or to eat but also to admire or purchase of works of local artists.
The Sand Dragon also serves as a tourist center and cyber cafe.

- Erindi Private Game Reserve :
Erindi Private Game Reserve is located 60 km east of Omaruru.

- Etjo Mount :
Mount and OJ is a mountain which rises to 2086 meters is stretches over 10 km long.
This massif is located 60km north-east of Omaruru on the D2329 and the region of Otjozondjupa.

- Erongo Mountain :
The Erongo Mountain is located thirty kilometers southwest of Omaruru.
The Erongo Mountain rises to 2320 meters and is of volcanic origin.
This mountain is best known for the cave paintings it contains.
The cave Phillips on the field of Ameib Ranch contains, at 50 m depth, the famous painting "Eléphant white".
The right of entry to the ranch is N$ 5 per day.
- Workshop Tikoloshe :
The Workshop Tikoloshe is the southern entrance to Omaruru, you can discover the beautiful animal sculptures.
- Vineyards Kristal Keller :
The vineyard is located in Keller Kristal 4 km of Omaruru on road D2328.
The owner opened the doors of his cave to visitors.
