Location of the town of Outapi

Outapi (or Uutapi Ombalantu) is a city in the extreme north of Namibia, it is in the Omusati region on the border with Angola.
The city has 2600 inhabitants and is lacated on the road between C46 Ruacana and Oshakati (90km) .
